Recognizing that prototyping is a critical part of any development process our company has developed a world class prototyping capability. We routinely prototype complex, high part count, feature rich sheet metal assemblies . Features such as detailed embossing, complex fold ups and high cosmetic requirements can also be handled as can be Die cast, extruded and CNC machined parts. Plastic models are supported using FDM, SLA, urethane castings and CNC machining. As your project transitions from prototyping to NPI builds our support will transition with you providing the same fast paced, quality units in higher quantities required for the later phases. As with all other aspects of our development, lead time and cost are carefully monitored by our design and program management teams.
